In yesterday’s WWDC 2015, Apple introduced their three new system, iOS 9, OS X El Capitan and watch OS 2. And today the company seeds the first beta of iOS 9 ipsw for developers.
This new update is mainly focused on improving performance and stability, such as split-screen feature for iPad, Proactive and Intelligence features, better Siri, improved Spotlight experience, a new font, new features for Maps and Notes apps, new Wallet and News apps, features for better battery life and a tweaked keyboard. Where the Low Power Mode is worth mentioning, Apple claims the Low Power Mode can at least add up to 3 hours of battery life to the normal running time of the device.
iOS 9 beta 1 is only compatible with:
- iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S
- iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, iPad Air, Retina iPad mini, iPad with Retina Display (iPad 4, iPad 3), iPad 2, iPad mini
- iPod touch (5th generation)
In short iOS 9 would be a great system, if you want to experience it in advance, but not have a developer account, then download the iOS 9 beta 1 ipsw form the direct links posted below.
